                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   CONTRACT WITH FRANK MCDONALD ARCHITECTS, 
                   RELATIVE TO DESIGN STUDIES ON THE CITY COURT 
                   BUILDING, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF TWELVE 
                   THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to contract with 
       Frank McDonald Architects, relative to design studies on the City 
       Court Building, for a consideration of $12,420.00.
